Please note that all Pro subscription payments are strictly non-refundable once processed. Any cancellation submitted takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you retain the full time you paid for.
No. All payments for Link In The Bio Pro ($3.99/month or $39/year) are final and strictly non-refundable once processed. Because digital cloud edge infrastructure, instant ad removal, and custom domain allocation are provisioned immediately upon purchase, we do not provide full or prorated refunds under any circumstances.
You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click inside Dashboard > Billing > Manage Subscription via the Stripe Customer Portal. When you cancel, your cancellation takes effect on your next billing cycle. You will continue to enjoy 100% of your Pro features (zero ads, custom domain, lifetime audience analytics) until the end of your already-paid period, and your credit card will never be billed again.
