Important: Strict Non-Refundable Subscription Policy
All payments for Link In The Bio Pro ($3.99/mo or $39/yr) are strictly non-refundable once processed. Digital edge resources, instant ad removal, and custom domain slots are allocated immediately upon payment. Cancellations take effect on your next scheduled billing date.
1. Agreement & Eligibility
By accessing or using Link In The Bio (inthebio.link), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account handle.
2. Free Tier & Pro Subscriptions
We provide two membership tiers:
- Free Plan: Includes up to 8 published links, 8 curated design themes, custom avatar upload and removal, and 0% platform take rate. Free profiles display non-intrusive sponsor ads to support server and edge bandwidth expenses.
- Pro Plan ($3.99/mo or $39/yr): Unlocks unlimited links, all 12 aesthetic themes (including 4 Pro luxury styles), audience analytics, custom domains with auto-SSL, zero platform ads, and removal of platform watermark branding.
3. Billing, Non-Refundable Policy & Cancellations
Recurring Billing: Pro subscriptions renew automatically on each monthly or annual billing anniversary unless canceled by the creator prior to the renewal date via the Stripe Customer Portal in Dashboard > Billing.
Strict Non-Refundable Terms: All Pro subscription fees are final and non-refundable once billed. Because digital cloud edge infrastructure and domain slots are provisioned instantaneously upon payment, we do not issue full, partial, or prorated refunds under any circumstances.
Cancellation Schedule: When you cancel, your cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the active billing period. You retain 100% of Pro features until that date, after which your account reverts to the Free tier without further charge.
4. 0% Platform Commission on External Earnings
Link In The Bio does not charge or withhold any platform cut, transaction fee, or percentage on revenue generated through your external links (e.g. Stripe checkouts, Gumroad, Shopify, affiliate links, or direct tips). 100% of your earnings belong to you, subject only to the standard payment processing fees charged directly by your chosen payment processor.
5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You agree not to post, publish, or link to:
- Malware, phishing sites, ransomware, or deceptive exploits.
- Illegal goods, narcotics, weapons, or unlawful services.
- Hate speech, harassment, defamation, or non-consensual imagery.
- Infringing intellectual property, counterfeit goods, or trademark squatting.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy results in immediate, permanent account termination and public link deactivation without prior notice or refund.
